Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

We currently ship to the United States. Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is a flat rate of $9.99, calculated at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 2–3 days for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak season demand. If your order hasn't arrived within 21 business days, please contact us at hello@cosymutt.com and we'll investigate immediately.

Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no charge.

Customs & Duties

Orders are shipped from outside the United States and may occasionally be subject to customs fees or import duties. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.
